Mix Cement
Use two older bowls, we purchased ours from the dollar store.
Using professional grade cement, follow the instructions and mix the concrete. Should be the consistency of pancake mix.
Prep and Assemble
Oil the bowls with olive oils so they do not stick.
Fill the first bowl and gently tap or shake it to remove the bubbles. Then slowly place the second bowl within the first, weighing it down to the desired depth.
Allow to dry overnight.
Sand and Spray
Then remove the rocks and middle bowl. Lightly tap it out of the base.
Sand the entire surface until smooth.
Then spray it all over with a clear enamel.
