My little one has been asking for a sandbox. We don’t have a ton of outdoor space, and I wanted to find a solution that she would love. So I came up with the following.

Tools & Materials
- Measuring Tape
- Miter Saw
- Drill or Impact Driver
- Outdoor screws
- Pencil
- Storage tote
- 3 qty – 8′ 2×6 lumber
- 2″ Outdoor screws
- 1 bag of play sand
- Spray Paint

Cut list:
- (4) 18″ Boards – these will be the short inside boards along the side of the bin.
- (2) 32″ Boards – these will be the longest boards along the side of the bin.
- (4) 20″ Boards – these will be the outside legs
**all dims are subject to change based on the bin you purchase. See pictures below.


How TO:
Step 1: Create a box with (2) 32″ long pieces and (2) 18″ pieces.
Step 2: Add (2) 18″ Supports on the bottom of the box you just created!
Step 3: Add leg on each corner along the longest sides. Screw into the box. I did about 3 per leg.
Step 4: Paint and style your desired way.
Step 5: Add sand and toys!
